Appointments
Here at ANewDawnPDX I want to ensure that you never have a bad hair day, allow your skin to look anything less than fabulous, or let your body to ache with pain. For your convenience, I would recommend scheduling your next appointment before you leave. This practice allows you to receive an appointment that works well with your busy schedule, and it is particularly important if you desire to receive service during peak hours.
ANewDawnPDX Salon Guarantee
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. In fact, I guarantee it! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with a service rendered, simply contact me to schedule a follow-up. The follow-up appointment must be within 14 days of the original service and will allow for concerns to be addressed and, ideally, rectified.
Cancellation Policy
ANewDawnPDX salon reserves your appointment time just for you. I respectfully require 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. I understand that “life happens”, and when it does, I will do everything I can to fill a last-minute cancellation. If I am unable to fill your reserved appointment time with another client, I will ask you to pay a missed service fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
